Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 9.2 P43214 - Buttons for Vouchered and Closed Inquiry Views are Inoperable.

We just went live Sept 19, 2022 with 9.2 from our existing 9.1 version.

The user can invoke P43214 with a PO number to view Open Receipts.

When the user clicks either Vouchered or Closed buttons on the Header, the detail display does not change. Still shows only open receipts.

Does anyone have a resolution to this? Very odd since it's been around forever.
