Oracle Cloud Control 13.4 failed to installation (BI Publisher part)

Hi there,

I am installating Oracle Cloud Control 13.4 in Oracle Linux 7.7 with repository 19c. It failed at BI publisher portion. screenshot is attached herewith.

In first chance, I tried to install with EM template but it failed with errors user/password.

Please give your expert suggestion to overcome the installation issue.
