RPAS V19 EE CE custom configuration issue

Hi,

I've installed RPAS V19 Enterprice Edition Cloud version VM and trying to load the custom configuration , Kept the <customer>_config.zip and complete file in the Ftp_incoming/config/ path and

-/input/ Hiers.tar.gz

hen I execute the Build custom domain from UI I'm getting below error.

RPAS version is: not yet getable.

There was 1 failure:

1) There was an exception loading configuration GESMF: com.retek.ride.common.model.VersionIncompatibilityException: Wrong version.

There was 1 warning:

1) testConfigurationLoad(com.retek.ride.installer.tasks.TestNewConfigurationLoad)

FAILURES

Note: I'm using Rpas EE vm v19.0.011.00 / custmer is on v19_0.09.10
