Business Requirement:
Job qty 5
Job Routing
Op 10 , Op20 ,Op30, Op40
Material Requirement of item xyx at op 10 ( item cost is 100 unit cost)
During production , at op 20 , item xyz is found defective , 1 assembly is scraped at op 20. Scrapped material cost is 100
Scrap is selled to vendor at 25.
Business wants scrap value should be 75 and not 100.
Alternate tried
Defined Op21 count point unchecked , autocharge unchecked, add scrap item abc at op21.
Now 1 assembly is scrapped at op21 but scrap value is 95.
How can it can achieved?
