Is it possible to make standard workflow for approval if requestor is not having iProc account

In iProc we can raise the PR with one Creator with a different requestor. If the requestor is not having an iProc responsibility whether the workflow will flow correctly in AME or it will be not

I had checked scenarios and occasionally it worked fine and mostly not. Kindly explain the reason behind this.

Also, confirm whether it can be a Standard practice or not.
