Output of "WIP Mass Load" program is not showing job numbers in order. EBS version 12.2.10.

We've upgraded EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. "WIP Mass Load" program's output shows job numbers in ascending order in 12.1.3 version. But, the order is jumbled in 12.2.10. Has anyone else noticed this or knows why this may happen? Thanks in advance.
