Oracle ODI showing large number of DBMS_LOCK and high DB BLOCKED SESSIONS

Hello Community

We are running Oracle ODI on a 4 node RAC system and seeing performance issues including a significant number of calls to select DBMS_LOCK.REQUEST(:1 ,:2 ) from dual along with a high level of db blocked sessions (but only on the single node that is running against).

I am currently looking at this from the dba side and want to see what tuning suggestions, documents, and best practices may be available
