Disable Agent registration interface cause TCP reject

Hi All,

For testing purposes I have disabled the access side agent registration interface but it rejects TCP connections for a long period when I enable it back. Not sure which timers are involve. In the traces I can see SBC is simply send 'reset' response to agents TCP SYC who tries to register back. If I disable and enable the interface after around 30 min, it starts to accept registrations again.

Any reason why it is happening and how to fix it ?

Is there a way to find it out from logs ?.

Really appreciate your inputs as always.


SBC 3900 is on 9.1. It is same on version 8.4
