E1 Oracle JDEdwards 9.2 P4210 releases order hold after changing quantity

HI,

The order has a hold code in the header with corresponding record in F4209

On order revision when changing quantity sometimes releases the order, including deleting F4209 record. I have not being able to reproduce it. Happens 1 in 100 orders. I am looking for help identifying the conditions that triggers it

I found the following document, that describes the record deleted in F4209 in a previously released order, but in our case, happens as well in orders not previously released:

Any help would be highly appreciated...
