we are in HFM version 11.1.2.4.0.79

We need to apply patch as users are finding issues with application performance and connecting to smartview; we have found the below patch to apply to address the issue

Patch 31193749: Patch Set Update: 11.1.2.4.210 for Oracle Hyperion Financial Management

 can someone guide me how to apply the patch and help with any pre-requesites
