source of hidden language field of customer field (R12 Receivables)

Hi,

we have activated the hidden language field at customer site as described in Doc ID 1086165.1

in the List of values, we can only see languages that have NLS patches installed. We would like to select some languages that have no NLS patches installed. How can we do that? Can we change a lookup somewhere to activate some languages ?
