Oracle Sales order form and version history form linking

Hi All,


We are trying to copy the oracle standard form OEXOEVER(Version History) and create as a custom form by changing the underlying standard tables into custom tables , for that we will plan a schedule to load the data from standard tables to custom tables.


I downloaded OEXOEVER and changed underlying tables in data source properties and saved the form xxcust_oexoever.

Generated fmx and created a form, function and added to the menu also.


When Iam trying to invoke this custom form from sales order lines --> personalization's as a special menu on lines block Iam getting "FRM-41014: Cannot find form module: invalid ID
