No data populating in screen P3312

Hi Team,

We are on WS 7.3 cum 10 version. We are facing issue where data is not populating in P3312/P3301/P3313/P3311 screen for one WC. As per my understanding we need to run P3380 to get output in all above screens. I want to understand if my understanding is correct and is there any possible reason which causing to populate data in all these screens for one particular WC. There are other 2 WC's for which data is populating correctly in all above screens.

Please help me to understand this RCCP process and possible reason which causing this with suitable document to refer.
