Requisition approval workflow in error

After migration from 9.0 to 9.2 there is a problem with approval workflow in requisition module. Every process finishes in error (06). I checked the adress book (users), the distribution list, workflows K43E08 and K43E09 both are active, approvals authority level is 01 and is active, order activity rules . All settings are the same as on 9.0 . Which could be the causes for this problem?
