Journal Import not running parallelly when spawned from create accounting program

We have setup to run 8 accounting processes for our FAH application, when I submit create accounting with Transfer to GL & Post in GL with "Yes", it's spawned 8 journal import requests however only one is in running mode and rest all stand by mode even we didn't set Journal Import incompatibility.
