R9861101 ends in error

Hello! We have a customer running E1 8.12 Tools 8.98.4.5. The Job Control table is never purged since go-live 10 years ago. The customer wants to run a purge now but R9861101 ends in error.

We reviewed the Doc ID 784600.1. For 8.12, JK14530 was already installed on all pathcodes. But bug 11043126 is not installed. So I think R9861101 can only be run on Fat Client locally. We also tried to build and install a new client full package on the fat client. Running R9861101 yields the jde.log message below. Any idea what was wrong?
