R12.2.10 OAF -After VO Extension receive items is throwing error on all rows

In iProcurement Receiving -> Receive Items , we did a VO extension to display additional fields.

After VOextension is deployed, when user tries to over receive on a specific Order, the error message is getting displayed on all the rows instead of displaying message on one specific row where over receiving is actually tried.

basically it tries to throw error on all rows when it has to throw error on single row.

can someone help how to resolve this
