Re-printing Pick slip gives error We can't open the PDF file as it is corrupted

I did a test and found that if the items on the order has a soft commit or no QOH for that Locn and Lot# specified on the SO, then it doesnt print the pickslip which are at Status 620-999. Please note that they do not use the F42119 table, all data is on the F4211. In Prodn you would not like to add stock or avoid items existing on the prev SO to have a soft commit. How can you find a better way so that a re-print can also print reading F4211, is there any ESU
