Is it a simple error that I input 'lscpu' but the cpu is output twice as large?

Hello Expert,

I saw the inspection report written last year yesterday. It's a screenshot, but the cpu number is slightly different. I've attached a photo. Please take a look.

This picture is 1 of 3 cells that are X7-2 HC 1/8 Rack.

Please see the gray brackets. There are 5 cores in each of the 2 sockets, and because of the thread, it becomes *2, so the CPU should output 20, isn't it normal? (2*5*2 = 20)

There is no picture, but the other x8-2 storage does [socket * core per socket * threads per core] and is the same as the cpu(s) value, but that picture appears as twice the value multiplied by 3 values.
