subscription contracts is not shown in IB under contracts tab

Hi Team,

We have read the note : 1434738.1 and have set the profile as suggested . despite that we are not able to view the subscription contract details under the IB-> contract tab. kindly advice.

RDBMS : 11.2.0.4.0

Oracle Applications : 12.2.5

we are able to see the standard contracts only . somehow subscription isnt visible, kindly advice.

Just to add, we are not able to see the same in sr form under entitlements too. exact same to same issue as the note . but note resolution did not work in the current case.
