Numeric format required like Indian style i.e. 99,99,99,999.99 wants to change the formatting

In Payables, the amount should reflect in a comma separated as per Indian style.

The business requirement is to display the amount in comma separated as per Indian value.

For example, currently, the amount is coming like this 1426740.83 whereas the requirement is for comma separated 14,26,740.83 or any credit amount -120946.00 it should come in -1,20,946.00.

Ove this SR 3-30585960981 : In payables the amount should reflect in comma separated as per Indian value, engineer suggested to raise the enhancement request. Currently oracle didn`t have this features.
