Trouble mapping ORDS 22.2 with APEX urls

hi,

Have been using older ORDS/APEX with Oracle 12.2.0.1

Now upgrading to Oracle 19.16, and APEX 22.1.4 (Patch 4)

Created new ORDS server using RH8, ORDS 22. Using Apache and Jetty:

2022-08-31T14:17:14.381Z INFO    Oracle REST Data Services initialized

Oracle REST Data Services version : 22.2.1.r2021302

Oracle REST Data Services server info: jetty/9.4.48.v20220622

Oracle REST Data Services java info: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 17.0.4+8-LTS

Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Dconfig.url=/etc/ords/config

ORDS: Release 22.2 Production on Wed Aug 31 15:01:43 2022

The issue is the URL mapping, cannot seem to get it right.
