G-Invoicing Program Guide Question !!!

Hi MOSC Service Rep...I am the client site where we are currently using EBS 12.2.11 under Department of Transportation.

A mention was made in the meeting today about the deployment agency's POC having access to download the G-Invoicing Program Guide.

I did happen to get to the link under myoraclesupport-via the link-https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=1czpamvydg_100&_afrLoop=383672053540565#S6 but encountered an error on clicking the link for the Program Guide.

The error message is as follows:

Please let me know if this is an access issue from my end with the Oracle Support Account or is this a glitch from your end where there are some additional steps to be followed by me to get access to the document.
