Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to reactivate the private network in order to restart CRS ?

if i try to do a ping

ping kiovmodrac1-priv or ping IP Private

the following errors are displayed

Destination Host Unreachable

3 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 77ms
