Microsoft O365 and JDE - SMTP AUTH for E1 Workflow and E1 Server Manager

Hi,

We receive the following email yesterday. How can we check to see if SMTP AUTH is used by E1 Workflow and E1 Server Manager Notifications and that it remains enabled?

Microsoft is implementing a change after October 1st, 2022 that will disable basic authentication for the protocols below. 

·        SMTP AUTH*

·        Exchange ActiveSync (EAS)

·        POP

·        IMAP

·        Remote PowerShell

·        Exchange Web Services (EWS)

·        Offline Address Book (OAB)

·        Outlook for Windows, and Mac

 

*SMTP AUTH is used by E1 Workflow and E1 Server Manager Notifications

Microsoft has stated that “We're also disabling SMTP AUTH in all tenants in which it's not being used
