Perform Standard Cost Update without stopping production

Does anyone has the situation that you need to perform standard cost update but you cannot stop the operations? We have more than 60+ plants and are a 24x7 manufacturing processes. We would like to perform standard cost update more than once a year, probably every month. It is not possible for us to stop operation in order to perform standard cost update.

during the standard cost update process (probably need at least 1 to 2 hours to do so), if there's units recorded as complete, Cardex will have an IC transaction based on old cost. Manufacturing accounting that is run after standard cost update will be based on new cost.
