Reprint Pickslip has a blank report for closed Sales Order

In my testing - I was able to reprint the same pickslip in test by added stock to those items existing in SO and making sure to see that none of these items are on Soft commit. I can add stock and remove items from Soft commit in the Production env. Please guide as how to fix the issue of blank report for reprint of pickslip on closed SO. Please note that we are using F4211 since I believe they do not used the F42119.
