Uncontrolled scrolling in workspace

We recently upgraded from 11.2.4 to 11.2.6 and multiple users are now experiencing uncontrolled scrolling in workspace.

It's very noticible in forms folder menus and when editing dimensions - the scrollbar will just navigate to the top of the menu of it's own accord.

The problem appears intermittent, but I have witnessed it on several user's screens as well as my own.


Has anyone come across a similar problem?
