How to configure WebLogic 12.2.1.3.0 to validate Azure access token sent by a web application?

This question is for the environment using the following products:

Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0

Oracle Customer Care and Billing 2.6.0.1.0

How to configure WebLogic 12.2.1.3.0 to validate Azure access token sent by a web application that is calling an inbound web service in Oracle Customer Care and Billing 2.6.0.1.0?

I wonder whether this will require installing and configuring other Oracle products such as OWSM and OAM.

Any help will be appreciated.  I have tried to search information about WebLogic and Azure but only found information in setting up SSO.
