Column Security over F4211 LNID works in P4210 but not in P42101 Powerform

We are on E1 9.2 tools 9.2.5.5

We have a *PUBLIC security record for Type '2' Column Security over the F4211 table and LNID field for View only. This has been working for our P4210 application.

We have set up a Powerform P42101 application and the above security does not make the LNID field View only.

Any idea why this security would not work in the P42101 application?
