Need help/advice on migrating on-prem Essbase RDBMS

I have an on-prem installation of Essbase 11.1.2.4. There are two servers; one with Essbase, EPM, and WebLogic installed on it and the other one runs all of the Oracle EPM, Calc Manager, Foundation, and Provider services.

Currently, we have SQL Server databases running on SQL Server 2012. This product has reached its end-of-life as of July 2022 so we need to move the databases to another SQL Server. As I was researching how to reconfigure the Essbase and Hyperion EPM servers to point to the new database location, I came across some issues.

  1. We do not have the password for the epm_admin user which is apparently used to configure WebLogic
