OTL: How to include cost center in timecard

I want to re-do my customziation on my timecard because a patch broke it.

Does anyone know how to include the cost center on the timecard page? It isn't in the timecard container and I looked through some documentation on customization but it seems that it is more towards the timecard container and not the page itself.

I want to include the employee's cost center on the page like so:
