Building on Premise Database connection with On-Prem EBS by supplying a custom query from EPM Cloud

An On Premise Database connection was established with EPM Cloud through Data Exchange

The custom SQL query needs to be supplied with Parameters such as period in the format as follows:

FY"year"-"PeriodNumber" for E.g for FY2022-08

Is there any way to automate this by supplying Periodkey parameter in the required format?
