Getting "File Cannot Be Accessed" on Interim Workbench

I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen the following issue and may have an answer before I open an SR.

A user has notice when working in the interim workbench that message "File cannot be accessed" is displayed on some occurrances. As an example they are adding an interim for regular time for a half hour. When the calculator is pressed the details are displayed and because of the low GPA and all the deductions, the Net is zero. There is no 9997 Overpayment DBA calculated. When returning to the interim input screen the error is displayed. The message does not indicate to the user what the issue is, which I think should be either Gross to Net or
