We wish to update or remove party contact telephone number from TCA data
The telephone data (contact point) we want to update/overwrite was imported from an external system and when we try to update it we get this message "You do not have permission to update third party data". We have tried several Oracle Customer Online and Data Librarian Superuser menu options but none of them allow the update of this data. The system the data was imported from on longer exists so we cannot update it via a re-import. The data needs to be removed from the system due to a DPCR request.
What profile options or menu options are available to allow the update of this data?
