dump device sizing for LDOMs

Have tried to find more blogs or posts about the ldom dump device sizing, but are too few.

For 1 TB RAM or largest servers; it is common that control domain ldom have few GB of RAM so dump device is 1:1. But for 128 GB or 5129+ GB ldoms is getting hard to find the correct balance between dump device size and rational local storage use. I know that dumpadm -e (Solaris 11.3+ https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=247940149560227&id=1017485.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=15mcz6c7bf_285 ) exists. But that's useful after OS install; I'm looking to find a recommendation that works on paper as guideline before OS installation.
