This utility allows uploading UNSPSC codes to the system via placing a csv file in the appserver path /opt/apps/psft/fsdev/fscm92

Looks like the if there is a file trying to be read from the PIA page, it always looks at the app server path whether we define it as absolute or relative. The file upload is happening when an app server path is given. Whereas when we use a process scheduler path and even if it is an absolute path it will not read the file.
