Advanced queue not working after patching

Hi,

After patching it appears that Advanced queing is not working in the PDB. 

If I want it to work again I have to do the following:


The pluggable database has to be closed.

The parameter aq_tm_processes has to be set to 0 

The parameter aq_tm_processes has to be set to 1.

After that the pluggable database will be started again.

Then AQ is working again. 


Is there a way to keep the AQ working even after patching and avoid the actions

like described here?
