Unable to know why SO got on hold.

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue ..

We have a SO # 10102768 with amount 4,884.00 and it got on hold although there is no

reason as screenshot # 1

Also the request "Credit Exposure Report" shows a big limit available and the request "Orders

on Credit Check Hold Report" shows "No data found " (Two screenshots for the two request

output).

So why this SO got on hold ?
