Can we link Subscription Shippable Item with Service (Coverage) line item in Sales Order?If yes,how?

we are trying to create Sales order for Subscription item in that, we are trying to link Subscription Shippable Item with Service (Coverage ) item however, we are NOT able to link.

Shippable Subscription Item could not link to Service (Coverage) Item and due to which contract# not been created for the same, Is this expected behavior? in other hand, Subscription NON-Shippable Item is able to link with Service (Coverage item) and consequently contract# also been creating ,which is good.
