Effort level of mandatory setup of project manufacturing to to interface maint. in Proj. costing

My concern for WIP is that after enabling of oracle manufacturing,any cost(Maintainance cost) from EAM is interfaced to project costing ,then system does not consider it as a normal cost instead it considers it as a W.I.P cost under W.I.P category.

my Question is that i am makimg a normal contract ,the cost of project type is captured in project costing module and through Project billig,same cost is billing out for revenue recognition.

now,when i set manufacturing setup,and bring any maintance cost through EAM,system considers it in the category of WIP.Will this cost be normally distributed to the project type which we have made?is there any chance of barrier coming in like this cost relates to WIP so it will be only distributed to WIP type project and its distribution would not be made on normal projects?
