Database target adding error in OEM 13.5

Hi There,

I have installed OEM 13.5 in Oracle Linix 7.7. I am able to add Linux target and database 11g without any problem. But when I am trying to add a database from ODA X8 getting error as under :

"This host has Oracle Restart installed. It is recommended to promote the unmanaged High Availability Service target on the host."

I have tried it both manually and guided process but getting same errors.



Please help me to solve it.
