Why user actions are still being audited and recorded even after NOADUIT INSERT TABLE command?

Dear All,

I have critical database and my audit_data tablespace is increasing drastically.

This tablespace has only AUD$ and im seeing this table is flooding with many audit records and my tablespace is going out of space in no time.

I have given below commands but its getting any impact.

NOAUDIT INSERT TABLE,UPDATE TABLE,DELETE TABLE BY <USERNAME>;

Did anyone experience the same or have any idea how to disable this audit without restarting database?
