Although GL, PO, and INV Period is not opened, RCV txn ("DELIVER") happened using RCV Form.

Hi.

My customer sent the issue as below.

• RCV Data ('RECEIVE') : 2022-09-30 14:45:24
• RCV Data ('DELIVER') : 2022-10-04 09:57:14
• GL, PO, INV Period is not opened
• The 'DELIVER' data is performed in the "RCVTXERT.fmb"

I cannot reproduce the issue in the TEST instance because of "GL date" validation in the form.

Is there anybody who have been experienced this issue ?
