Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Trigger RTE on P4310

How can we trigger RTE via P4310 application even if CRMD is not equal to 5.

CRMD= Send Method.

Currently RTE is getting triggered only if CRMD=5.

Please help.
