Primavera P6 does not show me all the users! How can I fix it!?

Hi,

I use Primavera P6 Professional 20.12.8.

When I try to see all the Primavera P6 users, it does not show me some of the users. The path that I use is "Admin tab > Users".

I have tried different filters (including All users). Also, the administrator is aware about this issue and they have given me all the required permissions, but no change has happened.

Also, when I click on the "Count" button (in the Users window), it shows me another list of users, which is not equal to the main users list (which I guess it should be). This list also does not cover all the users, but you can find missing users from the main list here!
