Blanket Release is "PRE-APPROVED', Although the PREPARERE has who has himself enough approval limit.

Hi Gurus.

My customer sent the issue as below.

  1. When the Blanket Release is submitted for approval by a user (who has himself enough approval limit for Blanket Release to approve the Release)
  2. And "Owner Can Approve" flag is set to 'Y' for Blanket Release in the Document Types.
  3. Most of the revisions of the Release are successfully approved without any Notifications.
  4. Sometims, a few Releases Occurr "Pre-Approved" and send a Notification to the user himself.

Is there anybody who has been experienced this issue ?
