Unifier 21.12.8 - Add Users once End Task has been reached

Our users have asked if it is possible to add additional users at the END task for a workflow (once the End task/step has already been reached in the workflow)

The issue we are facing is that some business processes are restricted but if a user has been added into a business process (and then that user departs) then people in their team are no longer able to view the record that was created or sent

While new users can be added in before the END task\step, it does not look possible to add users into a business process record has already reached the END task\step
