AIS Orchestrations/ tokens question

We are new to AIS and started developing some custom applications via Orchestrator. I have two questions, hope someone can help and give me some direction

1) Currently our developers use token for internal apps that call REST calls developed thru AIS/ These tokens hold the session until the AIS session expires. How can I shorten the token life thru configuration?

2) When we build AIS calls the server's name is inbuild in the rest call., is there a way to soft code this?
