Oracle default system stats (sys.aux_stats$)

Hello there.

OS: MS Windows Server 2019 Standard

Oracle: Enterprise Edition 19c - Version 19.13.0.0.0

I have read that Oracle suggests in most cases it is best to leave Oracle system stats at the default.

I would like to know if that is the case on my system since I see a timestamp of 2016. How can I tell if someone previously generated this or if this is the default? I am particularly curious about the 2016 timestamp because the installation and go-live was in 2022. So I am wondering if this is data that was migrated/imported from the previous version.
